Returns
We want you to love what you buy from Buzz Bazaar India. If something isn’t right, you can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please keep your order confirmation or invoice as proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned: items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery; products without their original packaging or tags; and any item returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or wrong items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Call or message us on +91 99605 62959, or reach out through our Contact page, with your order number and the reason for return. We will guide you through the next steps. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
